This organic mattress has many of the same characteristics of our innerspring mattress but with a different top. Our natural innerspring mattress is constructed with a core innerspring of electrically tempered steel coils which is then wrapped in pure natural wool, quilted to a deluxe organic cotton fabric. The multilayered pad construction prevents padding migration and maximizes longevity. The layer of pure wool adds comfort and acts as a natural dustmite repellent as well as a flame retardant. The tufting eliminates dust pockets and adds firmness as well as keeping the wool from shifting. This makes for a firm mattress.
