This organic mattress has many of the same characteristics of our premium mattress but at a savings. Our natural innerspring mattress is also constructed with a core innerspring of electrically tempered steel coils surrounded with layers of organic cotton and wool — extra tufted throughout the entire mattress to achieve a medium firm mattress. The multi-layered pad construction prevents padding migration and maximizes longevity. The carded organic cotton adds comfort and the layer of pure wool acts as a natural dustmite repellent as well as a flame retardant. Outside tufting prevents material shifting.
The box spring is a kiln-dried spruce wood frame. Inside, high gauge steel support coils are covered with a thick quilted organic cotton pad. This foundation offers superior support when used in conjunction with an organic mattress. The same box spring found with our premium mattress.
